So this is what happens when you overdose Pepsi by few days. Usually I'm not making music in this genre. Maybe it's even the first time that I did. It's really simple basic arrangement but I really like it. Dark timbre, chords and pads do the job. Also I wanted to make totally retro sounding track that's why you can hear basic TR-909 in rhythm section. It's because I spent few hours juggling YouTube videos with old House tracks of 90's.
Then I came up with the idea to finally use speech sample that I found few days earlier.
It's from movie 'Streetcar Named Desire'. I always thought that it's typical melodrama and I avoided that film. Fortunately I watched it when I was working on research for another project. Man how I could be so wrong? This film is awesome. I have weakness to anything related to mental issues [recently I finished Hellblade: Sensua's Sacrifice, now I'm playing Fran Bow, what's wrong with me? ;) ].
Even more awesomeness was in one part of the movie during conversation between two sisters: Blanche and Stella. I highly agree with that whole speech and my first thought was that I have to use it somewhere somehow someday in my music. I think that this tracks mood match mood of the movie very well.
