Synaesthesia Honours Project: New poll, Online Survey with Audio Upload

Today I’ve made new question in Synesthesia Group on Facebook to find out what colours they associate with musical instruments:

Next step will be to prepare some audio demos to see if I’m on right way.

For example of Female Soprano Voice, I checked what range it actually is as I know that it’s highest register but not sure where is the bottom line between soprano and mezzo-soprano. I found answer here: http://your-personal-singing-guide.com/vocal-range.html

I have also asked dr. David Lyons from Abertay University to recommend me some literature about colour and sound association of non-synesthetes and he can give me contact to synesthetes in the area. I met dr. David week ago. He made a presentation for our group.

What I need now is an online survey service with option to upload audio files. It must be free. From what I see now is that most of these services is targeting professional companies and they are expensive as their services give much more functionality than I need. One option is Google Forms – looks like easy to use, lightweight, friendly for participant and allow to use media. Unfortunately, not audio but YouTube videos.
